Cancellation Policy
**Timeless Shimmers One-on-One Appointment Policy** **Booking & Deposit** - A **$25 non-refundable deposit** is required to secure your appointment. - The deposit will be applied toward your final jewelry purchase. - Appointments must be scheduled at least **48 hours in advance**. **Rescheduling & Cancellations** - Appointments can be rescheduled **once** without penalty if at least **24 hours' notice** is given. - Cancellations made with **less than 24 hours' notice** will forfeit the deposit. - No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may require full payment upfront for future bookings. **Late Arrivals** - If you are more than **15 minutes late**, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will not be refunded. - If time permits, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment window. ### **Pricing & Payment** - Prices for jewelry pieces start at **$50** (see pricing list for details). - Final payment is due at the time of service. - We accept **cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments**. **Re-Weld & Repairs** - A **$15 re-weld fee** applies if your jewelry needs to be reattached. - Repairs due to normal wear and tear will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. **Additional Information** - All sales are **final** once the jewelry is welded. - Timeless Shimmers reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to failure to adhere to these policies. 📍 **Book your one-on-one shimmer appointment today and create a timeless piece just for you!** ✨
