Cancellation Policy
**Timeless Shimmers Private Party Policy** **Booking & Guest Minimums** - A minimum of **six guests purchasing jewelry** is required to book a private shimmer party. - Parties include a **selection of 10+ unique chain styles**, and our inventory is always evolving to bring you fresh, new designs. Chains and charms will be a delightful surprise, as preview images are not provided in advance. **Booking Fee & Deposit** - A **non-refundable booking fee** of **$50** is required to secure your date for parties of up to **10 guests**, and **$100 for larger parties** (11+ guests). - This fee **goes toward the cost of your jewelry** and ensures your time slot is reserved. **Travel Fees** - For events within **20 miles** of Dayton, OH, a **$40 non-refundable travel fee** applies. - For locations beyond that, an additional **$3 per mile** will be charged. **Party Duration** - Standard shimmer parties last **four hours**. - Additional time is available for **larger groups (11+ guests)** at an extra charge. **Host Perks** - As the host, you will receive a **special discount** when at least **six guests** purchase jewelry (excluding rings). **Cancellation & Refund Policy** - All sales are **final** once jewelry is welded. - If a party must be rescheduled, the booking fee may be transferred to a new date within **60 days** of the original booking. - No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than **48 hours' notice**) will forfeit their booking fee. **Additional Information** - We recommend **arriving on time** to ensure all guests have ample time to select and customize their jewelry. - Timeless Shimmers reserves the right to refuse service to any party that does not meet the booking requirements.
